• How long do I have to complete the course?

• You will have 12 months to complete all courses after you register.

• How long will it take me to complete the course?

• Each course requires a total of 20 hours of time in the online program, audio books (for "Idioms" and "Pronunciation"), and "Tips from the Author" emails.

• Can I get credit for the time I have already spent?

• Yes. We will review your activity and give you credit for any time spent in the online program in the previous 12 months.

• What if I have trouble passing the Final Review?

• You can take the final exam multiple time; your highest score will be saved.
• f you have difficulty with the final, don't forget to go back and review sections in the program.

• What if I cannot finish in time?

• If you cannot complete the requirements during the 12 month period, you can register again. We will track and credit you for time spent in the program, audio books (if appropriate), or "Tips from the Author" emails.

• How much time is credited for "audio books" or "Tips from the Author" emails"?

• We credit an hour for time spent in "audio books" and an hour for reading all of the "Tips from the Author" emails.
